這次的台灣旅行法，不僅法律位階提高、兩黨高度共識，並已經在眾院無異議通過。在挺進參院委員會後，要完成立法就剩最後一步了。

參與國際組織的困境，台灣年復一年必須重新面對的難題。聯合國大會七十二屆常會在數週前已經開跑，或許現在正是時機，重新檢視台灣參與世界衛生大會的策略。
