- Counters Conmmunist China’s false claim that United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) Resolution 2758 constitutes an international agreement recognizing China’s sovereignty over Taiwan.
- Clarifies that the United States’ “One China policy” is not and has never been the same as the People’s Republic of China’s (PRC) “One China principle.”
- Opposes the PRC’s efforts to prevent Taiwan’s participation in international organizations.
