Non-Resident Policy Fellow

Chih-Jung Huang is a Non-Resident Policy Fellow at FAPA. He focuses on legal and policy analysis related to the U.S.-Taiwan-China relations and advocates for the normalization of U.S.-Taiwan relations.

He received his B.A. in Political Science and LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws) from the National Taiwan University. And he earned his LL.M. (Master of Laws) and S.J.D. (Doctor of Juridical Science) from the University of Virginia School of Law, focusing on public international law. His area of interest includes, among others, the legal status of Taiwan, the U.S.-Taiwan-China relations, and the territorial history and disputes in East and Inner Asia.
