Wen-Shin Chang serves as the Operations Manager at the Formosan Association for Public Affairs (FAPA), where she oversees organizational operations, financial administration, capital assets, and the internal systems that power FAPA’s advocacy and national programs. She brings extensive expertise in nonprofit financial management, having served as Treasurer for multiple nonprofit schools in Maryland. In these roles, she successfully led budgeting, financial reporting, payroll administration, and regulatory compliance, while expertly stewarding major donations and strengthening financial oversight.

Wen-Shin holds Master’s degrees in Regulatory Affairs from Northeastern University and Clinical Pharmacy from Taipei Medical University. She is dedicated to leveraging her deep nonprofit and community experience to advance FAPA’s mission and foster a vibrant, connected Taiwanese American community.
