Policy Fellow
Henry Tsai is a policy fellow at the Formosan Association for Public Affairs (FAPA). His primary areas of interest are international economics, U.S.-China relations, and energy security. He previously held positions at FAPA and the Energy, Growth, and Security Program at the International Tax and Investment Center (EGS@ITIC). Henry received his B.S. in international affairs and economics from George Washington University, specializing in applied microeconomics, taxation, and game theory. He enjoys reading and writing about Buddhist philosophy and meditation in his free time.
